Return Policy: Due to the nature of our business, returns/refunds should not be needed, however if you feel the need for a refund, Please notify our office and we will look into the matter, the amount of the refund will be added back to the account that it effected, then your utilities may be late or in threat of shut off. Refunds that are given that were originally paid with a credit or debit card will be refunded, when you provide the credit/debit card numbers to refund to. Payments made by cash or check will be subject to refund by the purchase order system which will take approximately 3-6 weeks.
