All meters in the City are read each month. Only when the weather has other plans do we estimate. Such as snow and ice. Water meters are not opened up if it is 15 degrees or lower outside. We do not like to estimate your meter if we do not have to. It is important to get water readings each month to ensure that you have not had a water break.
